What didn’t she lie about? She said I could use the brush on towel dried hair and would cut my drying time. It doesn’t. She said it wasn’t hot to the touch and I have burned myself pretty badly. My hair is not silky and shiny. It is dry and brittle. The bottle of oil she said was a $100 value and she gave me a special deal throwing that in because it was my birthday. . It’s half that price online. She said the warranty was $100 and she threw that in. It’s free on the website. She said the flat iron was unique and special. It’s identical to the one I have from Royale just a different color. The cream mask I got had been opened. I expected a seal when I unscrewed the kid...nope. I got totally bamboozled and lied to by the sales person. They never gave me a receipt. I assumed they put it in the bag. Tricky. I will fight for a refund, even if I have to go to my credit card company. .
I’ve wrote 2 reviews and on both I did not change the rating. It most definitely isn’t a 5 star sorry. At this time maybe 1 star until I get my refund then I will be more than happy to update.
I have been trying to get a refund on 2 of the straightening brushes that I purchased with cash at the Charlotte Christmas show. I am out of 324.00 both my daughter and I have long thick hair while the distributor yes that this brush would cut our drying time in half needless to say no it did not. I have got one call back from the manager telling him he would send me a flat iron that works super on thick hair. First of all I have a great flat iron and wasn’t looking for a flat iron the day a purchase the brushes we were looking for something that would shorten our time. So when the flat irons came I rejected them on December 20th with a letter stating I want a refund for those brushes. I have since called twice and lifted messages I haven’t gotten or heard anything on my refund. I know dew to the Holidays it slows mail down. But my next step will be contacting the person over the Christmas show and then my local tv station that works with consumers.
I didn't take my brush out of the box right away but finally started trying to use it after a few weeks. I've been trying off and on over the last couple of months to get my hair straight and shiny but it comes out looking dull and like straw. I bought this brush on the recommendation of a friend. It worked for her but doesn't seem to be working for me. A lot of money spent and I don't feel satisfied that it worked on my hair. I wish I could return it. I guess I expected more than this for the money.
I bought 2 of the straightener brushes at the Charlotte Christmas show in NC my daughter and myself and we both have very thick hair which the sale associate said that it would cut our drying time in half plus put mositure back in our hair. I paid cash I never received a email with my warranty information or anything I have reach out several times to the number on the box to ask for a refund because this product doesn’t work on thick hair we both have to completely dry our hair before using and if anything has made my time doing my hair longer. And we were told that it gets hot but you touch the brush part and not get burnt that also wasn’t correct information. I’m out of a lot of money and I’m asking for a complete refund on both so at this time I would give them the lowest star because nothing that was told to us has been accurate. My next step will be to contact the event planners for the Christmas Show then in our state we have a tv network that works for the customers and also BBB.
