For your own security and protection, profashionhair.com will pre-authorize the full amount of your purchase plus applicable sales tax and shipping to verify your billing address and credit card information. The pre-authorization will drop off from your account within 1-7 business days depending on your financial institution. profashion.com will collect payment and post the actual amount of the purchase only when your order is shipped. Order Status & Modifying Orders
Before you place your order, you can view the contents and the total amount in your cart.
Once your order has been submitted successfully, the order will be in a "Placed" status. Your order is then "Sent to Warehouse," entering the shipping process almost immediately. The only time that you can cancel or modify your order is during "Placed" status.
Once your order has been "Sent to Warehouse," it has entered the shipping process and no further changes can be made. You may however return your items. For more information on returns, please visit our Returns section.
