US Shipping

Do you ship to PO Box addresses?

We will ship to U.S. based PO boxes using only standard USPS services.

Do you charge extra for handling?

Unlike other companies, we do not charge extra for handling orders.

How much time does it take to process and ship my order?

We ship all orders placed by 3:00 PM ET Monday through Friday, excluding holidays, the same day with the exception of any orders that are on hold due to payment or shipping-related issues.

Do you ship to APO/FPO/DPO military addresses?

Yes, we do ship to APO, FPO and DPO addresses. All orders with APO, FPO, and DPO shipping address are sent via USPS Priority mail. Due to military handling time, delivery to some destinations may take up to 21 days.

Do you ship to multiple shipping addresses per order?

At this time, we can only ship to one address per order.

How can I track my order?

When your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation e-mail. The e-mail will contain shipment details, your tracking number, and a link to the selected carrier site. To track the order, click on the tracking number located near the bottom of the e-mail.

Do you offer delivery confirmation service?

Yes, for all US mainland orders we provide delivery confirmation service for an extra $2.99

What is your website return policy?

We at Profashion believe our products and brands are the best in the industry.
Profashion offers a 365 days money back guarantee with no catches and no exceptions!

Returns must be unopened, unused and with the original packaging; returned merchandise that does not satisfy these requirements may not qualify for a refund.

However, if you're not fully satisfied with your purchase please contact customer service to discuss your questions or concerns. Our highly trained representatives can provide detailed insights as well as additional education or training that frequently results in customers retaining their products. • Using suitable shipping materials (e.g. sturdy box, shipping tape, etc.), pack all returnable items including the original packaging and all accessories, securely.
• Using any shipping service of your choice (e.g. UPS, USPS, FedEx, etc.), pay for the return shipping, including tracking, and have the package shipped back to:

What is your used product return policy?

Profashion offers a 30 days money back guarantee on open and used products. Product must be 50% used or less to qualify for a refund. We reserve the right to deny multiple refunds on products purchased and returned more than once.

All returned hair products are subject to inspection and may be refused for return if found to have been, in our sole discretion, altered, tampered with or any other attempts to deceive or circumvent or take advantage of the return process.

Can I return an item box for refund?

Yes, you can return your unopened box within 365 days of purchase for a full refund. Refer to the Returns Section.

What if my return package is lost or not delivered to your warehouse?

Profashion doesn’t take responsibility for any lost return package. We always recommend our customers to use a service with some sort of tracking method to confirm receipt and the ability to file a claim through the shipping service.

What if i am missing some items or parts from my order?

If you are missing some items or parts from the package please contact customer care and we will send you the missing items or parts at no cost after some initial verification

How much time does it take to process my refund?

Once we have received your package it usually takes us 2-3 business to process your refund. Your financial institution or bank will take 5-7 days to reflect the refund, dependent on their internal processing times.

I don’t have the credit card used for my purchase anymore, how do I get a refund?

In the case you don’t have the same credit card used for the original purchase, we can either send you a check or e-transfer your refund after verification. This process could take 7-15 business days. We will only refund money to the same person (Billing Address), who placed the order.

If I received the product as a gift can I return it for a refund?

We only offer store credit for gift items. Please make sure you have the original invoice with you and call Customer service at 614-333-1811 to discuss any issues related to returns and refunds.

How do I return a defective product if it’s still covered under warranty?

Profashion products come with peace of mind warranty coverage for our customers. Generally, you can send any defective product back, within the warranty period, for a replacement. We have 2-3 years of warranty coverage on our products. Refer to the Warranty Section.

I’m an international customer (outside USA). Can I file a warranty claim?

Unfortunately, our product warranty only covers customers in the United States. We are unable to process warranty claims for our international customers due to international shipping, duties and other return complexities.

Can I buy an extended warranty?

Yes, you can buy an extended warranty adding an additional two more years onto the original warranty period for $59.99 within two years of the original date of purchase. Once you have extended the warranty, you may send any defective items in for evaluation or replacement.

What is your Trade Show Return Policy?
  • We appreciate your business and thank you for purchasing our products at a trade show. To ensure a fair and consistent customer experience, we have implemented a "No Returns, Exchanges Only Within 14 Days" policy for items purchased at our trade show booths. Please read this policy carefully.

    Exchanges Only: 
    We do not accept returns for items purchased at our trade show booths. However, we are happy to facilitate exchanges for the same item or a product of equal value if you encounter any issues with your purchase.
  • 14-Day Exchange Window: You may request an exchange within 14 days of the original purchase date. After this period, we will not be able to process exchanges for items purchased at a trade show.
  • Proof of Purchase: To be eligible for an exchange, you must provide proof of purchase, which includes a valid receipt or sales record. Please keep your receipt as it is essential for processing exchanges.
  • Item Condition: The item being exchanged must be in its original condition and packaging, with all tags and labels attached. We will not accept exchanges for items that are damaged, altered, or otherwise not in their original condition.

They will guide you through the process, provide you with a return authorization, and give instructions on how to return the item to us. What is your Trade Show Lifetime Warranty Policy

At Profashion, we are committed to delivering high-quality products and stand by the workmanship of our items. We proudly offer a Trade Show Lifetime Manufacturing Warranty to provide peace of mind to our customers.

Warranty Details:

  • Scope of Warranty: This Lifetime Manufacturing Warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. It applies exclusively to products purchased from our trade show booths and is valid for the life of the product.
  • Warranty Activation: To activate the warranty, no additional steps are required. The warranty is automatically in effect upon the purchase of our products at our trade show booths. Your receipt acts as your Proof of Purchase.
  • Warranty Coverage: The warranty covers the repair or replacement of any product found to have a manufacturing defect. The determination of whether a defect is due to manufacturing will be made by our qualified technicians or customer service team.
  • Exclusions: This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, abuse, accidents, normal wear and tear, modifications, alterations, or any damage resulting from improper care or storage.
  • Claim Process: If you believe that your product has a manufacturing defect, please contact our Customer Service team at info@profashionhair.com Our team will guide you through the claim process, which may include providing proof of purchase and images of the defect.
  • Resolution: We will make every effort to repair the product. If the product cannot be repaired, we will provide a replacement of the same item or, if the item is no longer available, a product of equal value, color may vary. The decision on repair or replacement will be made at our discretion.
  • Return Shipping: In cases where an item needs to be returned for repair or replacement, we may cover the return shipping costs. Our Customer Service team will provide you with instructions on how to return the item.

What payment methods do you accept?

Cards are immediately charged upon the successful completion of all orders.

Billing information must be entered exactly as it appears on your credit card statement. If any numbers are different, the order cannot be processed. Profashion may require you to enter the 3 or 4-digit card identification number (e.g. CID, CVN, CVV, CVC) on certain orders for Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover credit cards.

Visa/MC/Discover Card Customers

The Security Code or CID (Card Identification Number) is in the signature area on the back of the card (it is the last 3 digits AFTER the credit card account number).

American Express Customers

The Security Code or CID (Card Identification Number) is a 4-digit number on the front of the card, located ABOVE the embossed (raised) credit card account number.

PayPal

PayPal is an alternate method for purchasing your order on Profashion. It enables any individual with an email address to securely send payments online. With a PayPal account, you can choose to pay with your credit card, debit card, bank account, or PayPal account balance for any purchase you make.

Modifying Orders

How the billing process works?

For your own security and protection, profashionhair.com will pre-authorize the full amount of your purchase plus applicable sales tax and shipping to verify your billing address and credit card information. The pre-authorization will drop off from your account within 1-7 business days depending on your financial institution. profashion.com will collect payment and post the actual amount of the purchase only when your order is shipped. How can I see the status of my order?

Before you place your order, you can view the contents and the total amount in your cart.

Once your order has been submitted successfully, the order will be in a "Placed" status. Your order is then "Sent to Warehouse," entering the shipping process almost immediately. The only time that you can cancel or modify your order is during "Placed" status.

Once your order has been "Sent to Warehouse," it has entered the shipping process and no further changes can be made. You may however return your items. For more information on returns, please visit our Returns section.

International Shipping

Do you ship orders to military addresses?

For these shipments, we recommend Ground at $5.95 if orders are under $50. For P.O. Box addresses, USPS Ground (Parcel Post) is the only shipping method available. Regrettably, these items cannot be shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico.

Based on the shipping method selected at checkout, if the order is placed after the cut-off time, it will be processed the following business day. Product Warranty (Website Only)

Do you provide product warranty?

Profashion warrants all tools against any defects due to faulty material or workmanship for a three-year period beginning on the original date of purchase with the exception of the clippers (The Edge) and the blow dryer (The Light and Power) which both are warranted for a period of two-years.

If products should become defective within the warranty period, we will replace it free of charge.

What are the things that product warranty does not covers?

The warranty does not covers the following.
• Products that Profashion determine, in its sole discretion, to be free of any material or workmanship defects or flaws
• Products evidencing excessive wear, misuse, customization or alteration
• Improper care or storage (e.g., water damage, exposure to extreme heat or cold temperatures)
• Alterations or customization
• Products that were purchased second hand or from unauthorized dealers or retailers
• Products outside of the covered warranty period
• Unauthorized servicing
• Connection to incorrect current or voltage

How to ensure effective warranty coverage?

• Products MUST be registered on our website NO LATER THAN 90 DAYS from purchase to validate your warranty.
• You MUST provide a copy of the original sales receipt as proof of purchase.
• You MUST inform Profashion of any potential warranty issues by contacting customer care as soon as the issue is discovered.

What happens when I claim warranty?
