Account Registration & Sign In
To register, all you need to provide is your name, e-mail address, and password. You can fill out the rest of your account information including shipping, billing address, and personal options at your leisure. Once registered, you can check your order status, order history, and manage your account.
Password Hints & Resetting Your Password
For security reasons, profashionhair.com requires a password for signing in to your account.
If you have forgotten your password, there are 2 ways to reset it:
- If you remember your login e-mail address and security question answer, you can automatically reset your password. You will be asked for your login e-mail address to retrieve your password hint
- If you do not remember your security question answer, you can contact Customer Service to reset your password.
