APO/FPO/DPO Military Addresses
All shipments to APO, FPO, and DPO addresses are sent via USPS Priority. Due to military handling time, delivery to some destinations may take up to 21 days.

Restricted Hazardous Items
Certain items considered hazardous materials include aerosols and alcohol-based products (e.g., pressurized spray cans, hairspray, nail polish remover, etc.) are restricted and required by the U.S. Department of Transportation to be shipped by ground-only transport, due to air transport restrictions and regulations. For these shipments, we recommend Ground at $5.95 if orders are under $50. For P.O. Box addresses, USPS Ground (Parcel Post) is the only shipping method available. Regrettably, these items cannot be shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico.
Business Days & Holidays All orders process and ship Monday - Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. Based on the shipping method selected at checkout, if the order is placed after the cut-off time, it will be processed the following business day. Packages do not ship on weekends or the following US holidays:

When your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation e-mail. The majority of our orders are shipped within 1 business day after the order has been placed. The e-mail will contain shipment details, your tracking number, and a link to the selected carrier site. To track the order, click on the tracking number located near the bottom of the e-mail. International Orders & Shipping
Profashionhair.com offers international shipping to all countries.
Please be advised that orders shipped outside the U.S. are not eligible for free returns.
All International orders may take up to 72 hours to finalize prior to shipping. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
Customer are responsible for all local taxes, fees and duties on purchases.
Placing International Orders
Your order total will then appear in the destination country’s currency for checkout. Order totals are guaranteed at the exchange rate set when your order is placed.
International Payment Methods
Currently, we only accept U.S. issued Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.
If either of those cards are unavailable, you may use PayPal to complete the transaction.
If you have placed an order online, you can view information on your order within the My Account section of the site. If you do not see your order displayed in this section, then it was not placed, and you must return to your cart and complete the Checkout process again.
Profashionhair.com is responsible for any differences that may occur with the exchange rate at the time of a refund or cancelled order.

International Shipping Information
For all international orders, the customer pays the actual shipping cost, which will vary by country and order size.
Orders must be placed by 15:00 (3:00PM) EST to start processing on the same day. If an order is placed after the deadline, it will be processed the next business day. All orders ship Monday - Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.
