US Mainland return policy
We at Profashion believe our products and brands are the best in the industry. However, if you're not fully satisfied with your purchase please contact customer service to discuss your questions or concerns. Our highly trained representatives can provide detailed insights as well as additional education or training that frequently results in customers retaining their products.
If you are still not completely satisfied with your purchase you can return your product by following the instruction below:
- Obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number by providing the original order number that was sent in the order confirmation email to Customer Service by contacting them at 614-333-1811 or firstname.lastname@example.org
- Using suitable shipping materials (e.g. sturdy box, shipping tape, etc.), pack all returnable items including the original packaging and all accessories, securely.
- Using any shipping service of your choice (e.g. UPS, USPS, FedEx, etc.), pay for the return shipping, including tracking, and have the package shipped back to:

- Scan or take a picture of your shipment’s tracking number and send to Profashion via email at email@example.com
- Once received and inspected, your refund or credit will be processed within 2-3 business days.
Product Return Policy:
Profashion offers a 365 days money back guarantee with no catches and no exceptions! Returns must be unopened, unused and with the original packaging; returned merchandise that does not satisfy these requirements may not qualify for a refund.
Used Products Policy:
Profashion offers a 30 days money back guarantee on open and used products. Product must be 50% used or less to qualify for a refund. We reserve the right to deny multiple refunds on products purchased and returned more than once.
All returned hair products are subject to inspection and may be refused for return if found to have been, in our sole discretion, altered, tampered with or any other attempts to deceive or circumvent or take advantage of the return process.

Can I return an item box for refund?
Yes, you can return your unopened box within 365 days of purchase for a full refund. Refer to the Returns Section.
What if my return package is lost or not delivered to your warehouse?
Profashion doesn’t take responsibility for any lost return package. We always recommend our customers to use a service with some sort of tracking method to confirm receipt and the ability to file a claim through the shipping service.
What if I am missing some items or parts from my order?
If you are missing some items or parts from the package please contact customer care and we will send you the missing items or parts at no cost after some initial verification
How much time does it take to process my refund?
Once we have received your package it usually takes us 2-3 business to process your refund. Your financial institution or bank will take 5-7 days to reflect the refund, dependent on their internal processing times.
I don’t have the credit card used for my purchase anymore, how do I get a refund?
In the case you don’t have the same credit card used for the original purchase, we can either send you a check or e-transfer your refund after verification. This process could take 7-15 business days. We will only refund money to the same person (Billing Address), who placed the order.
If I received the product as a gift can I return it for a refund?
We only offer store credit for gift items. Please make sure you have the original invoice with you and call Customer service at 614-333-1811 to discuss any issues related to returns and refunds.
How do I return a defective product if it’s still covered under warranty?
Profashion products come with peace of mind warranty coverage for our customers. Generally, you can send any defective product back, within the warranty period, for a replacement. We have 2-3 years of warranty coverage on our products. Refer to the Warranty Section.
I’m an International customer (outside USA). Can I file a warranty claim?
Unfortunately, our product warranty only covers customers in the United States. We are unable to process warranty claims for our international customers due to international shipping, duties and other return complexities.
Can I buy an extended warranty?
Yes, you can buy an extended warranty adding an additional two more years onto the original warranty period for $59.99 within two years of the original date of purchase. Once you have extended the warranty, you may send any defective items in for evaluation or replacement.
