Among the many welcome returns to normal life in 2021, few were more important than the return of weddings. Countless couples were forced to postpone their wedding plans last year, meaning that for many, they had to go as big and beautiful as possible in 2021.
And did they ever! This was especially true for celebs, and we were gifted dozens of beautiful celebrity weddings to drool over. Aside from the gorgeous outfits, picturesque settings, and star-studded guest lists, what we really loved were the incredibly unique offering of wedding hairstyles.
Allow us to share our favorites, and perhaps you might find a bit of hairstyle inspiration for yourself!
1. Ariana Grande
In a clever twist on her iconic high ponytail look, the superstar singer styled her hair into a beautiful half ponytail with a center part and subtle waves towards the ends. Perfect for long-haired girls, the look adds an extra layer of depth and volume by keeping small sections of Grande’s hair down underneath the ponytail.
2. Brittany Snow
In a hairstyle more than appropriate for the beachy Malibu wedding setting, Brittany wore a semi-casual updo with small sections of her mid-length hair framing her face. With her husband, Tyler Stanaland, wearing a pair of Converse sneakers with his formal tux, we think Brittany’s boho-chic hairstyle is a perfect fit with her stunning lace dress!
3. Cynthia Bailey
Cynthia’s wedding was an extravagant ceremony, and her hair was styled accordingly. Her medium-length hair is parted down the middle and curled in beautiful, tightly defined curls from root to tip. The ornate wedding veil adds the perfect touch to this glam-tastic look!
4. Morgan Stewart
In a very 2020-styled wedding, Morgan Stewart and her husband Jordan McGraw were married at home with most of their attendees viewing virtually. To lend an understated yet subtly head-turning hairstyle, Morgan wore her long, blonde hair parted down the middle with soft waves flowing to the ends of her hair. We think this is the perfect look for a low-key, casual wedding that still keeps that special, wedding-glam touch!
5. Raven Symone
Not one to do anything understated, Raven made quite the impression with her rainbow-colored, waist-height braids. We cannot begin to tell you how much we gushed over the amount of incredible detail that went into Raven’s look, from the incredibly elaborate braiding, to the brilliant coloring job to the massive length of her hair. If ever there was someone to try out such a daring, bold hairstyle, Raven was the one!
